Meet Katelyn
As an acute care nurse and leader with 20 years of experience in crisis management, Katelyn uses cognitive and trauma science to create and teach actionable tools that increase trust, decrease burnout, and improve staff and client satisfaction.
Katelyn uses humor and stories to take the complex science of how and why our brains process information differently when stressed, and turns that science into meaningful strategies and brain hacks that allow caregivers and other professionals to become effective in giving and receiving information during stressful times.
